Performing Beyond Our Customers Expectations

In reviewing the Surveys submitted to Blake and Margaret, the Thoenen-Werner Team at Action Realty, I found examples of where their team went above and beyond their customers expectation. Here's what I found.

Survey #1

Question:  Why did you choose Action Realty for your real estate experience?

Answer:  We chose Action due to their experience and friendliness over the phone. We had 2 different popular realtors in Jefferson City who did not seem to be as polite and motivated as Ms. Margaret and Blake.  They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the selling of our home. They listened to us, and answered all our questions and worked hard to make us happy. They kept us in the loop. The house was shown more in 3 weeks than our other realtors showed it in 3 months.

This customer scored Margaret and Blake a "10!"

Survey #2

Question: Why did you choose Action realty for your real estate experience?

Answer:  Action Realty was recommended through the Veterans United.  We found their responses to emails and texts were prompt and timely. You were always available when we wanted to look at houses.  You two are perfect Realtors! We were so blessed to have you buy our side.

This customer also scored Margaret and Blake with a "10!"

Part of our Mission Statement is to provide services that are "Above and Beyond our Customers Expectations" so we are happy when our customers recognize that we have indeed given that level of service.
